花灯广场为何一直“有坑不填”？

<div align="left"><font face="宋体">各位秀山的朋友们，我们都知道，秀山县城像是滨江公园，花灯广场，西街这些地方都是老人们时常聚集的文娱场所，老人家们本就腿脚不便，走路容易颤，有的看不太清楚，这就需要这些地方保障好设施的完善，给老人家一个安全的休息玩耍的环境，但是为什么在花灯广场旁边人行道这里，有一个坑？而且这个坑的面积还不小，足足占据了人行道的一半！如果是晚上，老人们恐怕更难看清楚这个大坑！我好几天都路过这，看着完全没有动工填上这坑的迹象。所以这坑是准备</font>“坑”谁？</div><div align="left">
