<font color="blue"><font size="5">&nbsp; &nbsp; <font color="black"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:18pt">由秀山县卫计委、县文联主办，秀山县诗联学会、秀山县作家协会、秀山县书法家协会、秀山县美术家协会、秀山县摄影家协会、秀山网共同协办的秀山县第二届</font></font><font face="宋体">“<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:18pt">太素杯</font></font>”<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:18pt">诗书美影大赛将于</font></font>2<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:18pt">月</font></font>26<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:18pt">日起征稿，截止时间为</font></font>4<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:18pt">月</font></font>16<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:18pt">日，县内外诗书美影爱好者和秀山县卫生计生系统职工可以向大赛组委会投稿，投稿邮箱：</font></font>645467686@qq.[url=mailto:645467686@qq.com]com[/url]，体裁主要为：诗词类：<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">传统诗词限</font></font>3<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">首，应合辙押韵，遵循格律规则。新诗</font></font>30行以内。书法类：<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">软笔书法、硬笔书法、篆刻作品。</font></font> 美术类：中国画、水彩画、油画等。摄影作品。 2000<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">字内的精短散文、随笔等作品，参赛作品主要以反映我县卫生计生相关内容为主。书法、美术作品尺寸不超过四尺整张。内容健康向上，提倡精品意识，谢绝应酬之作。篆书、草书及篆刻请附释文。作品无需装裱（油画除外）。</font></font> 摄影作品格式为JPEG<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:13pt">，</font></font>500万像素以上；只可作亮度、对比度、色彩饱和的适当调整，允许接片，不能添加、删减原始影像。<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">来稿请写明姓名、年龄、单位及地址、邮编、电话，书画摄影艺术作品请附纸注明。每人限寄书美影中一种作品，多寄无效。大赛设一、二、三等奖及优秀奖等，分组按作品质量和百分比确定各项奖级，颁发获奖证书。一等奖：</font></font>1000<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">元；二等奖：</font></font>800<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">元；三等奖</font></font>600<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">元；优秀奖：</font></font>100<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">元；特邀奖：</font></font>600<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">元。入选作品将在</font></font>2015<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">年</font></font>5<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">月展出并举行颁奖大会颁发奖品及证书。</font></font></font></font></font><br>
