从文化开始,提到越南文化就不得不提到法国文化，法国文化在越南影响很大 
因为越南被法国统殖民治达上百年，丢失了本土文化的越南，确四处罩上了法兰西风情的影子。

在越南街头你可以看到不少欧式的露天咖啡馆， 
喝咖啡吃面包也是越南人的生活内容之一。 
法国人还留下了喝咖啡的习惯， 
在河内有很多大大小小的咖啡屋，内外装潢十分幽雅，价格非常便宜， 
一般一杯咖啡约1.5元人民币。 
摆放着小桌椅、招牌上写着“cafe”的“咖啡馆”， 
不仅遍布越南市区，在一些乡镇也沿途可见。

劳作了一天的人们正有滋有味地享用着他们最喜欢的牛肉河粉。 
这种古今中外的和谐统一就是这么自然地发生和延续着，

越南是一种容易产生爱情的国度,说到越南的爱情,也许很多人会想到杜拉斯,想到她的电影<情人> 
我的第一次越南之旅的促成,我想大多原因要归咎于这部电影吧.

在电话的那一头，有个男人 
“他的声音突然颤动起来 
而这一颤动”竟让她记得和分辨得出他那浓郁的中国口音！ 
他对她说，他和从前一样，仍然爱着她，说他永远无法扯断对她的爱，他将至死爱着她 
――是她那来自北方的中国情人只看见那老妇的白发和佝偻的背影，她却始终也没有转身 
――即便是转过身来，那张曾在他的深情注视里年轻和美丽过的脸，又该是如何的不堪了啊 
――法国电影《情人》就这样结束在“他说他将至死爱着她”的那个老妇的苍老的画外音里

有时，一部电影，一幕偶然，都足以成为远行的理由 
追寻纯洁，沉醉爱慕，放逐灵魂 
我是电影的狂热粉丝,这部唯美的爱情电影,也许因为尺度过大而使得很多人并不曾看过这部以越南社会为背景,由中国香港影帝梁家辉饰演的法国电影

下面的请容许我着重介绍一下越南的米粉儿 
宾馆提供的早餐主要是越南著名小吃―――米粉。洁白的米线配上翠绿的香菜和鲜美的鸡丝，是绝佳的美味。

而今越南人“吃米粉”的意思是找情人，只有富人才可以经常“吃米粉”。 
越南菜受中国菜、法国菜的影响最大，融合了中西的饮食文化，保持了越南饮食阴阳调和的特色，烹饪上重清爽、原味 
通常被广东人认为“上火”的油炸、烧烤菜肴，都会配上越南的鱼露、香菜、香茅、青柠檬等“降火”调料。 
女人吃了很减肥塑型，这也让我明白越南女孩儿为什么如此身材苗条，婀娜多姿。

到越南前，有朋友告诉说越南是一个国穷民富的国家。 
从芒街开往下龙，以及后来从下龙到河内的路上，那公路是梃糟的，我坐车的感觉就象按摩。 
但一路所经过的乡村，那些普通民居却让我大吃一惊，一座座粉刷漂亮的西式小洋楼，造型各异，色彩极为丰富多彩
