</font>&nbsp; &nbsp; <font color="black">&nbsp;&nbsp;秀山花卉盆景协会自2009年12月在县园林局成立以来，得到了秀山县各级相关单位、部门、以及广大协会会员和市民朋友们的大力支持，协会正在逐步朝着成熟的方向发展！<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;秀山花卉盆景协会，是秀山盆景艺术学术社团，是遵循并执行中国共产党社会主义文化艺术路线方针、政策，进行盆景艺术创作和理论研究的中心。其宗旨和任务就是坚持四项基本原则，在双百方针指引下，旨在调动秀山盆景艺术爱好者的积极性和创造性，努力从事盆景艺术创新和理论研究，使盆景艺术更好地发挥社会效益、经济效益和环境效益，并力争让秀山逐步成为一流的盆景艺术文化大县，提升秀山城市整体的文化艺术品位！<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;秀山现正在大力倡导市级“山水园林城市”、“卫生城市”建设，然而我们作为秀山的一员，处在这样特殊的岗位上，虽然深感自己肩上的任务繁重，但我们心中仍然充满创造神话奇迹的激情！</font><br>
<font color="black">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;因此,特针对花卉盆景协会自身专业艺术特点,向广大的市民朋友、盆景界同仁,征求有助于协会全方面健康发展好的想法和建议，让我们更好的立足本职工作,服务于秀山发展,真正让盆景早日进入千家万户！</font><br>

<font color="black">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 二、如何培养盆景专业队伍，努力提高盆景工作人员的理论基础知识和操作技能？</font><br>
<font color="black">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 三、如何培养盆景的消费群体，激发盆景工作者的创作热情,合理促进盆景市场的健康发展？</font><br>
