以前秀山农村人抽的基本都是自家产的烟叶，把这种烟叫草烟。小时候印象最深的就是草烟的叶子摸起来是黏黏的，叶子的味道闻起来一言难尽。以前的老人家都特别爱抽这种自家种的草烟，现在这些香烟出来的时候送给他们抽，大多数都是不爱抽的，说是“没得劲”。在辛苦劳作之余，抽上一口草烟，那滋味，真的是“莫摆了”。现在抽草烟的人越来越少，因为还在坚持种植草烟的人几乎没有了。<br>

在街上偶然遇到了一位卖水果的老人，在挑选水果时看见了称旁边装草烟的袋子，看见我拿着相机盯着他的草烟，他便热情的说要不要我给你整一杆看看？说着便拿出了他的草烟。<br>
