</div><div align="left">3.利用手掌的压力抬起躯干,慢慢抬起右腿,向上伸展,膝盖绷直,脚趾朝上,与地面垂直;再以同样的方法抬起左腿;双腿并拢,绷紧大腿后部肌肉,垂直向上伸展。胸骨抵住下巴,形成稳固的下巴锁定的体式(这被称作是下巴锁定或收颌收束法)。只有头部、颈部、肩部以及上臂放于地面上,身体其他部位呈一条直线,与地面保持垂直,保持这个体式不少于5分钟,并在多次反复练习后逐渐增加时问到保持15分钟,正常地呼吸。</div><div align="left">
