重庆市交通委员会：<br>
你委《关于审查重庆秀山至贵州松桃高速公路（重庆段）工程可行性研究报告的函》（渝交委计〔2011〕32号）及《关于重庆秀山至贵州松桃高速公路（重庆段）工程可行性研究报告补充内容的函》收悉。该项目已纳入渝黔两省市全面合作战略协议，有利于完善我市高速公路网结构和改善区域交通条件，促进区域经济社会快速发展。结合重庆国际投资咨询集团有限公司的评估意见，经研究，原则同意重庆市交通规划勘察设计院编制的《重庆秀山至贵州松桃高速公路（重庆段）工程可行性研究报告》及《补充报告》。现就有关事项批复如下：<br>
一、项目法人：重庆高速公路集团有限公司<br>
二、建设规模及主要建设内容<br>
该项目路线起于秀山县官庄东G65包茂高速新设秀山东互通，经上马岩、官坟村、凤凰村、官舟乡、猫儿岩、新联村、新营村及潭山至渝黔界。路线长约30.16公里，主要建设内容包括：桥梁5571米/24座，隧道3664米/7座。全线布设秀山东、秀山南、梅江等3个互通立交，设置分离式交叉19处。配套建设交通工程及沿线设施。<br>
三、技术标准<br>
该项目采用双向四车道高速公路标准，设计速度80公里/小时，路基宽度21.5米；隧道建筑限界10.25×5.0米；其它技术指标应符合交通部《公路工程技术标准》（JTG B01―2003）的规定值。<br>
四、总投资及资金来源<br>
该项目估算总投资23.43亿元，其中建安工程费16.17亿元，设备及工器具购置费0.31亿元，工程建设其他费用3.38亿元，基本预备费1.79亿元，建设期贷款利息1.78亿元。资金来源：项目资本金5.8亿元，占项目总投资的25%，纳入你委相应年度资金计划予以安排，其余资金由业主商请银行贷款等渠道解决。<br>
五、招标核准<br>
本项目的招标范围为工程勘察、设计、施工、监理、以及与工程建设有关的重要设备、材料采购。招标采取公开招标方式。招标公告在指定媒介上公开发布。<br>
六、建设工期：3年。<br>
接文后，请根据评估意见，进一步优化设计方案，尽快落实建设资金，早日开工建设。<br>

渝东南高速规划<br>
（重庆）酉阳―（贵州）沿河高速公路[1]，简称酉沿高速，是西部民族地区扶贫公路，起点在酉阳桃花源镇城南小米坑落水洞附近，连接包茂高速公路（渝湘高速），途经酉阳铜鼓、铜西、小岗、小河，终点在沿河榕江高速，连接思南高速，酉阳段全长31公里，采用双向四车道高速公路标准，设计速度80公里/小时，路基宽度24.5米<br>
工程概况<br>
重庆酉阳至贵州沿河（重庆段）高速公路项目：项目起于酉阳城南小米坑落水洞附近，设酉阳互通接G65包茂高速，经大坑坡、凤竹沟、设酉阳1号、2号隧道经 柳家坝、杉树湾、在铜鼓设磨石溪特大桥、铜鼓大桥、在郑家沟附近设置铜西隧道、在铜西附近设铜西特大桥跨越铜西河、经官路滩设宜居河大桥、经红岩水库、银厂岩、新塘、叶家湾、庙湾、小河镇、在河脚附近接贵州省沿河至榕江高速公路，路线全长31.027公里，共设置特大桥1503m/2座，大桥3749.5m/19座（折算为双幅），特长隧道3815m/1座，长隧道4947.1m/2座，中短隧道455m/1座，互通立交2处（设酉阳互通连接包茂高速和小河互通小河互通连接小河镇两处，并预留铜西枢纽互通一处，连接规划的彭酉高速和铜鼓乡），桥隧比47.8%，项目总投资36.5亿元，其中建安费28.8亿元。<br>
建设单位<br>
该项目采用BOT+EPC模式建设，重庆酉阳至贵州沿河（重庆段）项目投资人重庆高速公路集团有限公司和中交第一公路工程局有限公司 施工图勘察设计单位招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司. 2012年可开工建设，2015年建成通车。
