</font></font><p></p><p style="line-height:23px;text-indent:nullem;text-align:left"><font size="5"></font><font size="5"><font color="black"> </font><font color="blue">但是，当谈好的施工队准备入场施工进行重建工作的时候，却遭到了江长云的阻扰。说不要重建了，要我们直接赔现金。并且开始坐地起价，一开始更是开出了120万的高价。我方拒绝了他们的无理要求后，他们向法院提起了上诉，并请评估公司对受损房屋进行了评估。最后法院判定:“由我方向江长云支付房屋重建费用267442.31元，房屋租赁费用12000元，房内财产损失25000元，2013年8月11日起至房屋建成完毕时间内的租房费用每月1000元，以及江长云方的鉴定费用11348元！”我们拿着有政府盖章，有江长云签字的调解书和他们讲理的时候，他们却以各种理由不予采纳。</font></font></p><p style="line-height:23px;text-indent:nullem;text-align:left"><font size="5"><font color="blue">
