秀山民生石化物流园占地总面积720亩，总投资19亿元。主要储存经营成品油、液化石油气、硫酸、液氨和部分固体化工品。园区建成后石油年吞吐量达70万吨；LPG年吞吐量10万吨；硫酸年吞吐量50万吨；液氨年吞吐量5万吨；固体化工品年吞吐量10万吨。<br>
项目于2016年5月完成试生产后将正式进入运营期。进入正式运营后将会有效地带动秀山及周边区县相关产业发展。<br>
渝东南输气管道工程全长190.9km，途径黔江、酉阳、秀山三个区县，包括输气干线和输气支线两部分，项目总投资30379万元。截止2016年5月10日，黔江至酉阳段管道安装完成80km；酉阳至秀山段管道安装完成82km，全县阀室已全部完成。<br>
渝东南输气管道项目建成后将能够满足黔江、酉阳、秀山县更多的居民、工业及商业用气需求，全面提升用气保障，降低用气价格，促进区县及乡镇经济的长足发展。<br>

民生能源集团积极参与少数民族地区和革命老区扶贫开发，主动承担企业社会责任，竭力助推秀山县清溪场镇精准扶贫。<br>
