<font size="3">在秀山城里我发现但凡是重要的十字路口都会设置红绿灯，但红绿灯却只能控制两个方向的车辆来往，一般右转的就不受控制了。</font><font size="3">那么这样问题就来了。</font><br>
<font size="3">比如像那天我往东大街方向走，在东大街的这个红绿灯，我发现就存在两大交通隐患：</font><br>
<font size="3">一、右转车辆影响行人过马路</font><br>
<font size="3">当马路对面用于指示行人的绿灯亮起后，行人就可以过马路了。如果从夜猫子夜宵这边走向对面，首先要避让这边右转车辆的通行，然后走到对面马路还要避免对面马路上右转车辆的通行。总共就20来秒的时间，当行人躲避完这些车辆时，绿灯早就跳成了红灯。</font><br>

<font size="3">二、司机利用右转通行躲避红绿灯的控制<br>
比如就是这个路口，对面马路的司机如果要直行就会受到直行红绿灯的控制，但是司机可以在对面马路先右转到夜猫子夜宵，再右转就可以直接往东大街方向走了，完全不受红绿灯的控制。但是用这样的方式躲避红绿灯横穿马路是很容易造成交通事故的，而且也影响了行人的安全通行。<br>

上面举例的两种情况在秀山县城各个路口都会遇到，当然从交通法规上说这样设置红绿灯是没有问题的。右转不受红绿灯控制，车辆在不影响行人通行的情况下可以观察通行。但往往这种右转路口是人让车而不是车让人，无形中给行人通行造成安全隐患。难道不是吗？</font><br>

的确有安全隐患，单这样的红绿灯设置全国都有。绿灯亮时行人有优先通过权。右转车辆必须避让，当然楼主是知道的，作为秀山人素质高的人是少数，平常就听到“*妈，什么都是luan”.</td></tr></tbody></table>

楼主去找习大大讲哈嘛，主要路口都把人行天桥搞起来不就]事了吗？明天你开车赶急了红绿灯等个三五次还过不了你又是什么心情呢？我都是主动让行人的，不要一杆子打倒一朝人好不？还有就是有些人不要一天到晚一口一个秀山这样不好那样不好，你不是秀山人吗？你可以选择更好的地方生活啊！全民素质高当然好，但也是有个过程的耐心点好不？</td></tr></tbody></table>
