不要再怀疑医院的收费了，这都是国家医保局定的。再说，现在的人民去洗个脚、洗个面都是上百，就是剪个头发都是几十块，可为什么与健康、生命有关的东西就闲贵了？！如果眼睛取个渣渣那么简单，你可以随便喊个人就取了，所以专业也是很重要的呀，是吗？</td></tr></tbody></table>

医院院长电动车坏了，拿到一个大修理店去修。<br>
修理店接待人员: “OK，开机费50元”<br>
医院院长: “为什么还没修理就要先交费”？<br>
修理店接待人员: “我们修理店的制度就是这样，你们医院的挂号费，不是没看病之前就要交吗”？<br>
医院院长无话可说，只好交了50元。<br>
修理店接待人员问：“你好，请问你的电动车出了什么问题？”<br>
医院院长:“就是没有反应了，工程师先开了三个付费单请医院院长交费：<br>
一、万用表测量费20元；<br>
二、控制器检测费50元；<br>
三、电机检测费80元。<br>
医院院长惊问：“为什么要顾客出这个测试费，这不是方便你们修理工程师的吗？”<br>
工程师：“没错，我们的工程师以前也是靠“望、闻、问、切、听”，凭经验修理，可是现在科学发达了什么仪器都有了，修理时做了测试会比较准确，也可能修不好你的电动车，最后耽误你的时间。”<br>
医院院长只好先交了150元测试费。工程师经过半个小时测试，用打印机打出一张线路图，发现是一个保险丝烧了，他花几分钟，换了个二元钱的保险丝就修好了电动车。<br>
工程师把打印好的线路图塞到院长手中后开了一张缴费单，叫医院院长去交8元打印费。院长不解的问：“打印费也要我出啊？”“是的，这是店里的规定，打印费由顾客出，那张图不是给你了吗？”“可我看不懂啊，要这张图干啥？”“你们医院给病人做B超，打印的绘图病人也看不懂啊，不照样是病人出钱吗”？<br>
