&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 该私立学校假期违规补课的现象的确存在，但不是该校的学校行为，是该校教师根据学生家长的要求，利用假期时间自行在家补课。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;我校对这次事件并做如下处理：<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;一、新村小学加强教师管理，加强师德师风建设。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;二、责令教师立即停止违规补课。<br>
