<font style="font-size:14px">火车站旁五岳时代首站后高楼交房半年来，业主入住很恼火，服务跟不上，电梯时不时不能用，电不稳定。很多时候都不敢进屋装修，让房地产商解决好用电的问题。开发商拖延迟迟不解决。还有房产证也是个问题，不能给我们购房者办理房产证。我们城内购房是希望能让孩子能在城内上学，享受好的学习环境。可是开发商不能给我们办理房屋产权证，我们的孩子上学也是个问题。现在房屋顶上现浇板还出现类似于开裂的情况，这样楼上装修的话我们楼脚要着漏水不？试问一下开发商，这些问题能不能给我们个明确回复，什么时候能给我们业主解决好这个问题？</font>

楼主不要着急，等房子垮塌了有大修基金可以维修，到时候又是新房了，此刻不联名要求退房真的要等垮了才满意吗？<br>
