平凯有关部门是不是在为老百姓服务

<font color="#333333"><font face="微软雅黑, &amp;quot;">建房办证， 我们是两兄弟， 现在两兄弟都结婚了都有小孩了， 要分户， 我们去平凯派出所分户， 派出所说要我们的房产证 ，我们家现在只有一套房子 ，我们没有房产证 。就想拿老家老房子房产证去审批建房， 我们去平凯有关部门问了 ，他们说兄弟多的可以 ，分房分户，叫我们去老家村委会填表，村委会也审批了， 平凯有关部门还要叫我们去把老婆的户口本迁过来， 又叫我们去让我们全村人签字我们也去办了。 就拿到平凯有关部门去审批 ，去了他们又不批 ，这个人说去找那个人 ，那个人说去找这个人 ，转来转去他们就是不给你审批 ，说我们家有房子了 ，不批。 我们家现在8口人 ，一套房子怎么住 ，他们说这个和他们没有关系， 说要建房子建在原宅基地 ，我原宅基地前后都滑坡了， 没有马路 ，车去不了怎么建？ 他们说这个不是他们的事， 我原宅基地前后滑坡建在哪里建房子倒了怎么办 ？他们说和他们没有关系 ，他们还说去我原宅基地看 ，到现在还没有去 ，也不批， zf不管老百姓的死活 。这个就是zf为老百姓服务的态度吗？ zf不是为老百姓服务的是为自己服务的吗 ？为什么别人可以办证， 我们去不可以？ zf是在为人民服务吗&nbsp;&nbsp;？</font></font><br>

借分户口为由 建2套住房 当然不容易审批 还要求2楼1底 不在规划区内还好 现在审批建房手续 哪里有这么好办理<br>
