    <font size="3"><font color="black">  根据市委、市政府的号召，“把重庆建设成为一个美丽的大花园”口号！作为一名怀抱有远大理想的盆景工作者，我觉得是时候为秀山我深爱的这个充满无限机遇和挑战的城市贡献力量的时候了。然而，作为秀山花卉盆景协会中的一员，我深深地爱着协会这个大家庭！爱着这份不算事业却又为之疯狂的盆景艺术的执着！毕竟能力有限，想得到的不一定做得到，所以只好在此抛砖引玉，希望能够得到政府部门领导重视。<br>
     一，大力发展盆景事业，提高城市的文化内涵，促进秀山旅游大发展。<br>
     现在人们的生活水平都普遍提高了，无论是在工作之余、还是在闲遐之时，盆景作为高等艺术品，起着美化我们的生活、工作和学习环境重要角色，它能够给我们带来美的享受和愉快的心情！<br>
     秀山和外面的其他发达城市一样在与时具进，盆景产业化大发展必将会给秀山的城市品味的提升、促进城市的大发展起到积极的推动作用。<br>
     二，配套发展秀山盆景事业，助推旅游大发展和农户万元大增收。<br>
     1，建设一个渝东南最具规模的高端精品花卉市场，辐射周边区、县、市。<br>
     2，可以把官舟乡打造成为盆景苗木的培植基地，不仅帮助农民致了富，实现了农户万元增收，而且美化了凤凰山森林公园。以建苗木培植基地美化凤凰山树林公园、以凤凰山森林公园的旅游带动苗木、盆景的销售、实现农户的万元增收。打造秀山坚实、过硬的旅游资源品牌，迅速提升秀山在国内、国际知名度！<br>
     3，在凤凰山后面的河道上面架上无数个不同风格的小桥，河堤两边是统一风格的小木屋、极具地方风味农家乐、别致的小花园，可观可买，集居家、旅游、休闲、美食、观光、购物为一体的休闲之地。打造成为我们秀山真正的“<font color="red">后花园</font>”。<br>
