&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;在这瑞雪飘香，红梅吐艳的美好季节，在2013年的第一天――元旦佳节，由秀山县文体广新局和秀山县桥牌协会主办、秀山县华信实力集团有限责任公司和秀山县民族中学承办的渝湘黔“华信杯”第二届桥牌邀请赛隆重开幕！<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;开幕式于今日早上8:10开始在民族中学四楼会议厅举行。本次参赛的秀山华信、秀山疾控中心、秀山民族中学、秀山平凯中学、秀山官庄中学、秀山狼、桥友联队、湖南醴陵、湖南常德、贵州铜仁、重庆护士学校、重庆兰馨、重庆米伦机械、重庆桥友、重庆交大、重庆北碚桥协、重庆攀桥、重庆百合、重庆沙区双碑、重庆烟之、重庆岁月、重庆BY2等22支代表队队员与裁判员、工作人员近120人参加了开幕式。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;开幕式由秀山县桥牌协会秘书长陈晓华主持。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;秀山县文体广新局局长杨棕全在开幕式上致以了热情洋溢的欢迎词。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;秀山华信实力集团有限责任公司董事长艾彬在开幕式上向本次比赛致以了热烈地祝贺词。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;开幕式上，重庆沙坪坝区詹家溪街道党委书记、桥牌协会主席刘涛代表参赛队员作了表态发言。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;本届比赛裁判长、重庆市桥协倪传友在开幕式上宣读了比赛规程和规则。<br>
