俗话云“开车容易刹车难，会开车的是司机，会刹车的才是好司机”，交通事故绝大部分都是刹车不够导致的，一方面这与车辆的物理因素、环境因素紧密相连，但另一方面行车中合理的刹车技巧可以避免很多不必要的交通事故，今天“盛逗士”跟大家就来聊聊车辆的刹车技巧，熟练掌握轻重缓急。<br>

</font></font>在路况较好的状态下，遇较远方向路口有红绿灯，无论处于红灯、黄灯转绿灯状态，还是绿灯状态车辆都应该减速，准备停车或者低速通过路口。长距离完美刹车就像高速列车进站的感觉，完全没有冲击感觉，要做到这样，首先根据红绿灯路口判断，缓收油门，收油后让其滑行。<br>
很多开车新手或者一些学车的学员，在收到刹车命令后，由于缺乏经验，会采用粗暴的刹车行为，这样不仅乘坐舒适性大打折扣，还影响安全性（易发生后车追尾），另外燃油消耗也不经济。<br>
如果距离足够，先不必踩刹车让车辆的惯性维持车辆中低速滑行，以节约燃油消耗，如果距离不是很足够，在收油后，开始轻踩刹车，让其平滑减速，直至车辆停止或者低速通过，这期间是一个复杂的距离、车速、刹车性能的综合判断结果，用户需要长时间积累对自己车辆有一个的全面了解后再实施，如果是新车或者借用他人车辆最好有一定提前冗余量。<br>

城市路况特别是早晚高峰期的时候，基本是处于跟车行驶状态，这个时候需要频繁用到刹车，熟练的司机能让起步和刹车都很平顺，没有强烈的推背感或者点头感。理论上这个时候应该保持必要的车距，但国内这种见缝就插的风气就需要与前车保持一个车身或者更短的距离，这就对驾驶者的刹车技巧提出了更高需求。<br>
这个时候合理的技巧是：依据路况合理降低车速，当发现前车开始刹车（刹车灯点亮）就将脚放在刹车踏板上，均匀加力，平稳减速至与前车速度基本一致，保持刹车踏板位置，然后再观察前车的速度变化，调整刹车力度。如果前车的速度不再下降，此时可以缓慢松开刹车踏板，加速前行，继续与前车保持同样的车速平稳跟车。<br>

山路行车首先要合理控制车速，经常会遇到窄路、转弯并伴随上下坡，一定要采取预防性刹车，避免紧急刹车，山路紧急刹车，很容易导致车辆侧滑、失控，非常危险。<br>
合理的做法是，行车按照限定速度行驶，遇有转弯等提示，提前收油，并轻踩刹车，但松开刹车踏板的速度要比平路快，这样才能保证车速不会过度下降。手动挡的车型由于车速过快下降很容易导致档位不合适的情况，过低的档位会使车身抖动，因此山路刹车后要注意及时换挡，如果你手比较潮，一定多练习。<br>

长下坡路，随着重力做功的作用，即使不给油，车辆速度也会越来越高，这个时候切记不要让车辆超速行驶。很多新手司机会带着刹车下坡，避免车速越来越快，实际上这样做是不对的，车辆刹车系统长时间工作后，会出现热衰退，导致刹车性能下降甚至是失效。正确的做法是将变速箱置于较低档位，充分利用发动机制动，并适当轻踩刹车，然后慢慢收起后，继续轻踩刹车，确保车速控制在安全的范围内。<br>

弯路要遵循入弯前刹车，减速缓慢入弯，之后加速出弯。弯路上刹车的同时要打方向，顺着弯路的弧度随时调整车身姿态。不能猛踩刹车，特别是外侧车道的车辆，以免车身失控。<br>

在干燥的路面行驶，车速增加，轮胎与地面的摩擦系数几乎没有变化，而在湿滑的路面时，摩擦系数会随着车速的增加而急剧变小。这就等同于制动力也随着摩擦系数而降低，且制动距离也相应增长。如果你不是一位驾驶经验丰富的司机，那么对雨天的制动距离很难有一个准确的判断，这时就要保证与前车有足够的车距，并且速度不宜过快，听交通提示来行车，这样也会降低事故率。<br>
在雨天行驶，难免会遇到路面积水区，但也不是见到水就闪，或者马上踩刹车放慢速度，这是大多司机的通病。实际上，这两种方法都非常危险。左闪右避无疑让后随司机不知道该怎样躲避，增加追尾事故的发生；在积水区前或者在积水区内急刹车，也相当危险，另外急刹车也很容易发生追尾事故。车子在发生打滑后，刹车已经起不到任何保护作用，而且刹车还会导致其它更危险情况。<br>
