style="line-height:24px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(86, 97, 109)">3、 酒后驾车扣证6个月，处2000元以下罚款;醉酒吊销机动车驾驶证，依法追究刑事责任;五年内不得重新取得机动车驾驶证;</font></p><p style="line-height:24px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(86, 97, 109)">4、 造成交通事故后逃逸，尚不构成犯罪;</font></p><p style="line-height:24px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font
