空心是有一种智慧，因为现代人实在是放了太多的东西，多到耿耿不寐，无法安眠。全球各类问卷调查显示，失眠的发病率在30%左右，而有睡眠问题是人超过50%。人心里纠结的内容，也大致无非是感情 赚钱 身体健康...... 空心菜又名竹叶菜，性味甘寒，具有行水 清热 凉血 解毒的功效。 《连城决》里的那队师兄妹之间那一段情到最后无疾而终，大师兄一直爱慕小师妹，而小师妹爱上另外一个男子，爱而不得！小师妹常为他做的饭桌上常常就有一盘翠绿的空心菜。他明白他不得不放...... 把心理应该舍弃的东西，请出去，一点点恢复空间，才能够容纳其他有价值的东西和美好的事情！爱与憎的烦恼也就如流水一般放开。 <br>
本人昨天清自下橱给我的家人做了一道“空心菜”我关着厨房门在里面与锅子“决斗”半天 出来了 我常了的 色泽方面 口味都不错的 我忍不住偷笑了三秒 然后叫家人先莫动筷子 必须听我摆《连城决》的一连串的来头......嘴巴讲干了 我正式宣布可以动筷了...我爸妈的表情怪异 好象逼了好久的笑马上要释放了 “乖女！这是红苕颠”！.. <br>
