style="font-size:16px">执法人员杨鹏洲告诉记者，前晚8点左右，天色渐晚，他和同事陈杰在巡逻途中发现，一位穿着时髦、打扮新潮的中年女子，在包茂高速秀山匝道口应急道内行走。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:28px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font face="宋体, Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:16px">执法人员刚停车准备上前询问，女子就使劲将手提包砸在执法车引擎盖上，并欲强行冲上巡逻车。被执法人员制止后，女子提着包扭头就向秀山匝道内走去。</font></font></font></p><p style="font-size:16px">见状，执法人员连忙下车跟着女子，随后女子竟掏出一沓现金，边走边往路面撒，其中有百元大钞也有零钱。“她先是从手提包拿出一沓零钱，几张几张地向空中抛撒，什么话都不说。”杨鹏洲说，他当时惊呆了，心想可能女子受了什么刺激。抛撒了一两百米后，女子又掏出一沓现金继续向空中抛撒，其中还有一两张百元大钞。</font></font></font></p><p style="font-size:16px">杨鹏洲在现场指挥交通，防止发生事故，同事陈杰则跟在女子身后将散落在路面的钱捡起来。飘落在车道内的钱，被疾驰而过的车辆卷起四处飞扬，还有零星几张钱飞过高速公路护栏，落到路面下方的小河里，被水冲走了。</font></font></font></p><p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font face="宋体, Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:16px">她告诉执法人员，她的丈夫在外找了“小三”，经常不回家，一时气急就想到高速公路透气，进而撒钱泄愤。</font></font></font></p><p style="font-size:16px">陈杰步行加陪聊，杨鹏洲开车在后面静静压阵，就这样，执法人员陪着女子走了近两公里的路。到了秀山收费站，附近一些做生意的小贩认出该女子，也上前帮忙劝导，让她想开些。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:28px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font face="宋体, Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:16px">执法人员本想请女子到办公室休息会再离开，女子婉拒称她可以自己回家。接过陈杰手中的钱，女子向执法人员道谢后离开了高速公路。</font></font></font></p><p style="font-size:16px">昨日，记者从十四大队了解到，高速公路全程进行封闭式管理，严禁行人上高速公路行走，违者将被处以5~50元不等的行政处罚，并责令立即离开。而该女子负气上高速的行为，执法人员鉴于其特殊情况，经请示上级后，免除了对该女子的行政处罚。另外，高速执法部门提醒，珍爱生命，请切勿上高速公路行走。</font></font></font></p><p style="font-size:16px">本案中，该女子因自己老公在外面找“小三”，一时气愤将百元大钞抛撒到高速公路上，极易造成正在行驶车辆发生交通事故，已经涉嫌触犯相关法律，如果因此导致其他车辆发生交通事故，危及到公共安全，甚至可能被追究刑事责任。</font></font></font></p><p
