复制一层<br>

打开通道面板，按ctrl点rgb通道建立一个选区，然后点通道面板下方的“将选区载入通道”按钮（第二个），这样就建立了一个alpbal通道，选中alphal通道，ctrl+i反相，得到下图<br>

用减淡工具模式为高光，在头发上涂抹，曝光度可以调低一点，目的是让发丝更亮，再用加深工具模式为阴影，在背景上涂抹，曝光度也不宜太高。得到比较好的效果，再按ctrl点alphal通道，建立街区，如下：<br>

新建一个图层放在下面，填充深一点的颜色，我填的是绿色：<br>

再复制一个背景副本放在绿色图层上面，并用套索工具将人物主体勾选，建立如下选区：<br>

同样的方法，将选区添加蒙板 ，美女就基本被完整地抠下来了，不清淅的地方用画笔工具调节适当的不透明度在蒙板上涂抹，白色是显现画面，黑色是显示背景，细节的部分要细心操作，会得到更好的效果。再打开一张作为背景的图片放在下面，大功告成<br>
