随着生活节奏的加快，工作压力的增大，员工们的身体素质显得尤为重要。“家由莱”从关爱员工的身体健康出发，提高员工对企业的信任度、增强企业凝聚力、构建和谐的内部环境，特邀请重庆济仁医院经验丰富、技术非常全面的主任医师、护士等20余人为员工进行体检。“家由莱”总部员工于5月11-12日分批在“家由莱”总部办公楼进行体检活动。体检内容有内外科、血常规、心电图、B超等多项检查项目，体检员工自觉有序的排队参加各项检查，并不时提出相关健康问题，医生给予相应的解答和建议。<br>
组织职工参加体检是“家由莱”一项长期的福利制度，此举体现了公司“以人为本”的管理理念，更是企业文化“用心”工程的内在体现，得到了广大职工的拥护和赞誉。职工纷纷表示，每年体检非常必要，通过体检，使每一位员工能够及时了解自己的身体状况，对自己的健康“心中有数”，真正达到疾病“早诊断、早预防、早治疗”防病治病的目的，以健康的身体和心态积极投入到工作之中，迎接新的挑战，为公司的发展壮大贡献力量。<br>
