秀山网讯 1月10日，我县召开“巴渝风暴3号”火灾隐患排查专项整治行动动员会，安排部署当前火灾隐患排查工作。政府副县长张玉洪参加动员会。<br>

入冬以来，我县火灾形势严峻，各类火灾事故频频发生。为深刻吸取火灾事故教训，坚决扭转当前火灾高发势头和消防工作漏管失控现象，结合我县开展的消防安全“四大”行动，县政府决定立即在全县开展“巴渝风暴3号”火灾隐患排查专项整治行动，全面排查火灾隐患，坚决遏制群死群伤恶性火灾事故发生，切实做好县“两会”和春节期间的消防安全工作。<br>

会议对此次“巴渝风暴3号”火灾隐患排查专项整治行动进行了详细的安排部署，要求从即日起至今年2月8日，重点对高层、地下建筑、公众聚集场所、客运车站、码头，烟花爆竹生产企业、储存仓库和销售网点、易燃易爆危险品场所、“两会”及大型活动涉及的重要场所以及小学校（幼儿园）、小医院、小商场、小餐饮场所、小旅馆、小歌舞娱乐场所、小网吧、小美容洗浴场所和小生产加工场所等“九小场所”进行为期一个月的火灾隐患排查。主要排查社会单位消防安全“四个能力”建设情况、消防安全管理责任落实情况、单位场所用火用电及电气线路检查情况、建筑消防设施配置及运行情况、消防水源设置和使用情况、单位场所安全疏散情况、易燃可燃物品存放和使用情况等内容。<br>

动员会上，张玉洪要求各部门各乡镇要明确责任，强化工作力度，既要突出重点也要注重全面，对所负责辖区内所有单位、场所要排查到边，不留盲区，不留死角，对排查出的隐患要切合实际采取有效措施进行全面整治，从源头上杜绝火灾事故的发生。同时，执法部门要严格按照消防法律法规的要求，用足、用够法律手段，从严、从速查处消防违法违章行为，全力以赴开展好火灾隐患排查整治行动，确保全县火灾形势持续稳定。<br>
