因村民龙光荣为山林，田，土与邻居发纠纷，多次请求村委会(秦**主任)与其调解，秦主任多次以有其它事忙为由不予理睬，此次事由于2015年8月28日上午秦主任来我组开会，龙光荣再一次请求秦主任调解。秦根本不理睬，还用语言伤害对方纵便双方发生抓扭，经村民的劝解双方停止了，然后秦主任拨打电话叫来四人，（后经杳实为干警，钱*，李*，政府工作人员李*和一人未知名）。不问青红皂白对龙**一顿殴打，使得龙**当时晕倒在地，人事不知，浑身是泥。打人之后，派出所人员还强行带走龙**到派出所，后村民发现龙**伤情严重需医治，通过村民们的请求送至钟灵镇卫生 院进行治疗，然后卫生院领导建议转院。经过120救护车送至县人民人医院进行治疗至今。检查为骨折，右侧第9，第10肋骨骨折。现法制社会，而秦**，钱*，李*，李*，一人未知名等人都知法违法，带有严重的黑社会性质的打击报复行为，为所欲为、横行霸道，根本不把人民群众的生命放在眼里。至此中十里组全体村民联名诉求各部门领导联合调杳处理此次政府工作人员群殴村民事件，还民众一个公道。（9.24 龙**）<br>
