<font size="3">今年因工作调动来到秀山， 生活方面还是挺适应的，唯独就是食物上不太适应。</font><br>
<font size="3">秀山人喜欢吃的油粑粑、米豆腐我都不喜欢吃，但是我身边的每个秀山同事都说爱吃。</font><font size="3"><br>
到了夏天，突然好怀恋以前常吃的白凉粉。</font><br>
<font size="3">那天我问一位女同事，秀山有没有凉粉卖，女同事说，有。</font><br>
<font size="3">于是抽空一天中午把我带到流金广场后面的小吃街，冲着老板喊来句“老板，来两碗凉粉” 。</font><br>
<font size="3">随后坐下来等待我期待中的凉粉。结果，没想到老板端上来的一碗冰粉。</font><br>

<font size="3">我以为是我没有说清楚，我问女同事，我说是凉粉，这就是秀山的凉粉吗。</font><br>
<font size="3">女同事说，对啊，我们都叫凉粉，也喊冰凉粉。</font><br>
<font size="3">可是我说的凉粉是这样的，和着麻辣味儿的作料好吃得停不下嘴的白凉粉呀。</font><br>

<font size="3">然后，我起身看了看老板的摊子，看见了我以前常吃的凉虾，就叫来碗。</font><br>
<font size="3">女同事说这在秀山叫木豆子，是要加辣椒的。</font><br>
<font size="3">果然，老板端来来一碗打好作料的“凉虾”上桌。</font><br>
<font size="3">不过，吃起来味道还挺好。</font><br>

<font size="3">没想到一段距离不长的地域差异却蕴藏着各不相同的饮食文化特色。</font><br>
<font size="3">秀山是个好地方，虽然有些食物并不和口味，但这里的人民群众是充满智慧的，用他们的智慧去创造这种富有地方特色的小吃。</font><br>
<font size="3">为秀山小吃点赞了。</font><br>
<font size="3">当然，还得在最后问问秀山哪里有卖我想吃的白凉粉，我还要在秀山待上半年，夏天到了不吃这口心里痒痒的。</font><br>
