<font color="#4b4b4b">要搬家，就在秀山安*物流公司发了家具。我2号咨询的安*物流公司，她们一位女经理来家里没有带任何丈量工具便开口估算费用1800。由于我7号有事，希望在7号之前能送到，那位女经理信誓旦旦的说绝对保证送到。3号早上进行丈量尺寸，最终算出费用1260，丈量尺寸时每件家具尺寸都进行四舍五入，这样下来所有的家具尺寸加起来少说有一个立方之多，并且告诉我有9件家具要打木架，我又付了200元的费用。3号下午我咨询有没有发货，那位女经理告诉我已经发起走了。在苦等3天无果的情况下，5号我查物流结果查不到任何信息，我便打电话咨询，结果那位女经理告诉我货还没发，就匆匆忙忙的挂了电话，一副爱理不理的样子，从此至今我打电话她再没有接过。11号的下午六点送货送到楼下，还叫我来搬，说他们没有人来搬，我付的费用是送货到楼下不上门，搬家具我还可以接受，就当帮忙了。但是我的家具包装很让人无语，沙发仅用塑料薄膜包了一下，好几处被踩破沙发上到处是脚印，茶几和电视柜的脚被损坏，更可恶的是抽烟机的配件都丢了，冰箱门好像被撞过留下两个坑，说要打9个木架的只打了8个木架（我付了9个木架的费用），电风扇转头的地方也搞坏了，导致不能转头……实在是无语，问送货方这个该谁负责，送货方告诉我不归他们管去问发货方，在不负责任的情况下收取了我的1460的物流费用。我又给发货方打电话，那位女经理始终不接，我打秀山安能物流办公室电话，告诉我她们那位女经理没上班，好几次我打办公室电话他们那位女经理都不上班。我就纳闷既然做生意为什么不能以诚信为本，出了事情一直逃避是办法吗？无助的我想请问这种情况12315会不会管，我是不是可以找12315。</font><br>
