<font size="3">2018年1月28日―30日，秀山县土家族苗族中医院正式搬迁至原老县医院（解放路21号</font><font size="3">）。</font><font size="3">经过近两年的环境改造后，现秀山县中</font><font size="3">医院</font><font size="3">已经焕然一新。</font><br>
<font size="3">秀山县中医医院迁建工程，是县委县政府实施的一项重大民生工程。经广大建设者的共同努力，目前工程已经全面竣工，设施设备已经安装调试能够正常运行，秀山县中医院新院已经可以投入使用。</font><br>
<font size="3">秀山土家族苗族自治县中医医院成立于1983年10月，是国家二级甲等中医医院（秀山县红十字中医院、秀山土家族苗族自治县民族中医医院、重庆市中医院技术指导医院、黔江中心医院技术协作医院），是秀山县城镇职工基本医疗保险定点医院、城乡居民医疗保险定点医院，工伤鉴定、伤残鉴定、工伤保险、人寿保险定点医院。</font><font size="3">医院原地处秀山县中和街道凤翔路54号，目前占地面积1870O，业务用房面积6300O；医院编制人员150人，设置床位140张，实际开放床位146张，在岗职工209人，拥有高级专业技术人员15人，中级专业技术人员25人，县名中医1人（杨准），县中医首席专家2人（杨准、杨秀明）。</font><br>
<font size="3">中医医院新院占地面积约10512平米，业务用房面积18500平米，新院开放床位350张，</font><br>
<font size="3">设置了内一科，内二科，中医骨伤科，外科，妇产科，康复科，针灸推拿科，ICU，血透等科室，购置了CT，口腔锥形CT，DR等大型医疗设备。</font><br>
