&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 当代社会经济高速发展，同时环境污染、破坏资源、危害食药品安全等公共事件严重影响人民群众幸福感，严重危害社会公共利益。2017年7月1日检察机关提起公益诉讼制度应运而生，制度的确立旨在通过司法方式督促有关行政机关依法履职，对实施损害社会公共利益行为的单位或者个人依法追究法律责任。<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 公共利益不容侵犯。秀山检察院以“保护长江母亲河”公益诉讼专项行动为契机，制定了“山水公益绿边城”专项活动方案。2018年的工作重点针对梅江河以及太阳山自然保护区内的污染环境问题开展公益诉讼工作。如果在您身边发现生活污水排放、河床污染、大气污染、土壤污染、非法采砂、畜禽养殖排污、工业生产排放、固体废物填埋、生产生活垃圾处理等领域的环境污染问题，危害食品药品安全问题，欢迎您及时向我们提供线索，我们将在第一时间调查核实，并督促有关行政单位依法履职，让我们一起携手，把秀山建设成为山清水秀美丽之地。<br>
