一位出租车师傅说，现在秀山营运市场一片混乱，满街都可以看见三轮车，四轮电动车，网络黑车巡游喊客，政府部门无法监管，造成对出租车行业的发展越来越不健康，严重影响了出租车驾驶员的收入，给这些驾驶员心里造成了伤害，产生了心里上对这些非法营运车辆的仇视。<br>
那位师傅还说，有天下午交接班的时候，在319线保健院出口，就有一辆网络车“万顺叫车”问要去哪里，还说坐哪个车都是一样的。<br>
我想问的是网络车是在网络平台接单，为什么要在街上巡游招客，是不是这些网络车都是打着网络平台的晃子跑在街上来喊客？如果要是哪天点子邪，遇到穿便衣的运管执法人员会是什么后果。<br>

出租车是顶着合法的光环，明目张胆的宰客，本人亲历（县城内夏季大雨天上车10元/人、冬季下雪上车10元/人、晚上10：00后10元/人，春节期间就更不说了，特别是出县城……），我觉得市场经济不是一家独霸，花自己的钱坐什么车都一样。<br>
