<font size="3"> “走，打春dian（香椿）去”秀山人对于香椿的喜爱并不亚于其他美食，记得小时候，屋外就有一棵十来米高的香椿树，那时候每当到了香椿树发芽的季节，爷爷总会架起梯子，爬上香椿树的枝头，用镰刀割下香椿树的嫩芽。那会儿，最喜欢的就是，爷爷在上面摘，我跑到树下用装菜的篮子捡，每年都能捡满满的一篮子呢！</font><br>

<font size="3"> 这不，趁着香椿时节，我们也踏上了寻找香椿之旅，（万一，我就靠这发家致富了呢？你们说是吧，嘿嘿！）香椿树喜爱眼光，一般在光照好的树林或是河堤边都能看到它耀眼的身影，靠近香椿树就能闻到一股淡淡的香味。嗯，但是呢，还是没有吃起来香。还没走进林子我们就发现了目标，差不多有1米高左右的香椿树上那嫩油油的红色香椿芽仿佛正在和我们打招呼一样。</font><font size="3">民谚曰：“三月八，吃椿芽，雨前椿芽嫩如丝”，香椿入菜，不管怎么吃都能品味到它独特的香气。每一道有香椿的菜，都会让人颊齿生香，流连忘返。</font><br>
