</div><div align="left">练习这个体式时,腿部、腰背部、手臂都处在一个平直的状态,在平直的状志下延伸,便可使身体得到正确的伸展;双腿伸直,脚跟踩地,感觉膝盖窝和腿部后侧得到拉伸;腰背平直,双手撑地,尽量将腰背部压向大腿的方向;臀部上抬将注意力集中到上抬的髋部,双臂和背部保持在一个平面上。</div><div align="left">

</div><div align="left">出现以上现象,你就要停下来对自己的体式进行调整了:<font face="微软雅黑">两腿依次向后腿退一大步(约</font>1.2米,当然这得根据自己身高来判断)双手是否与肩同宽?双脚是否在合适的距离(约30厘米,当然这也得根据自己身高来判断),双手、双脚是否平行等等,这是体式与瑜伽垫的微调(如果是带有正位线条的瑜伽垫那就省事多了)。</div><div align="left">
