高考状元因被嘲笑长得丑杀死 女同学 精神鉴定成焦点<br>

本月28日下午，曾轰动一时的“大学生 因丑杀人”案在开庭重审一年后，将公 开宣判。<br>
<br>
2010年3月30日，因被人嫌弃样貌丑， 曾经的县高考状元、四川某高校大二 学生曾世杰在校园内持刀杀死一名女 生、刺伤两名男生。当年12月，成都 中院一审以故意杀人罪判处曾世杰死 刑，剥夺政治权利终身。<br>

此后，有关曾世杰精神病司法鉴定的 结果成为争议焦点。2012年3月，四川 省高院以“原判认定事实不清、证据不 足”为由，作出发回重审的判决。<br>
<br>
昨日下午，曾世杰的辩护律师、四川 舟楫律师事务所姚飞在其实名认证微 博中公布了曾世杰案即将宣判的消 息。记者多方核实得知，该案将在本 月28日下午宣判。<br>

曾世杰曾向公诉人阐述，案发当晚， 同宿舍室友在客厅里看小品时捧腹大 笑，“我觉得他们是在笑我，我当时就 想杀人。”而在与律师姚飞见面时，曾 世杰两次回答杀人原因，都强调是因 为容貌遭到嘲笑而杀人。“别人一直笑 我丑，我觉得活着没什么意思。我觉 得我跟马加爵的经历很像”<br>

“如果当时没有杀人，我想我会是一个<br>

”“如果改判，以后要踏踏实实做<br>

好人。<br>

人。”曾世杰有很多“如果”，但现在他 想得最多的却是后悔。“现在想想，还 是活着好些。”他说，现在让他最放不 下的还是家里的老父亲。<br>
