<font color="#000000"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;根据成铁总工[2009]198号《</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">关于实行成都铁路局2009 年基本列车运行图和货物列车编组计划的通知》、成铁客[2009]199号《关于印发2009年新图旅客列车编组及票额分配方案》文件要求</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">并定于 2009年4月1日起全路实施，客运列车自4月1日零点起，3月30日18点至4月5日18点为新旧图交替过渡期。</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">现将4.1日调图相关内容公布如下：</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></font><br>
<font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">一、列车开行情况</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">秀山车站办理客运业务的列车共计17对。其中空调快速列车12对，双层空调快速列车1对，快速无空调列车1对，普快无空调列车3对。</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">（一）增开列车情况</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">1</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">、增加重庆北～宁波普快1对，车次为<u>1277、1278</u>次</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">。<font color="black">1277/6/7</font></font><font color="black">次由重庆北自3月31日、1278/5/8次由宁波自4月2日起开行。</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">2</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">、 增加宁波～成都普快1对，车次为<u>1248、1247</u>次，1248/5次由宁波自4月1日、1246/7次由成都自4月3日起开行。</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">3</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">、增加成都～杭州普快1对，车次为<u>1273、1274</u>次。1272/3/2次由成都自3月31日、1271/4/1次由杭州自4月2日起开行。</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">（二）停运列车情况</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">重庆北～怀化2641/2次1对停运。</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">（三）变更列车经由情况</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">成都～广州K194/1/4/1、K192/3/2/3次，原经由成渝、渝怀、沪昆、京广线，现经由达成、遂渝、渝怀、沪昆、京广线。</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">（四）车次等级变更情况</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">广州～重庆北1076/7/6、1075/8/5次列车等级调整为快速，车次变更为K776/7/6、K775/8/5次；南昌～成都1987/6/7、1988/5/8次列车等级调整为快速，车次变更为K787/6/7、K788/5/8次；达州(重庆北)～广州1061/0、1059/62次列车等级调整为快速，车次变更为K835/8、K837/6次.</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">二、售票情况</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">根据铁道部运输局营运部客运营销处通话记录[2009]35号、40号要，为确保4月1日新图新旧交替方案的顺利实施，我局（成都铁路局）旅客列车客票预售调整如下：</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">1</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">、自3月26日15:00起至4月5日止，我局直通旅客列车客票、路网地票预售期调整为5天。自4月6日15:00起，我局直通旅客列车客票预售恢复为10天、路网异地票预售期恢复为12天。</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">2</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">、自3月26日15:00起，我局管内旅客列车客票预售期恢复为10天。</font></font><br>
<font color="#000000"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">2</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt">、我站开办了购买异地票的业务，所谓异地票就是指</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">旅客购票车站与票面乘车站不一致的为为异地票。如：秀山车站可以购买重庆北―秀山站任何一趟列车的返程票。</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">异地票分为跨局和管内两类，售票站与票面乘车站不在同一铁路局的为跨局异地票；售票站与票面乘车站在同一铁路局的为管内异地票。跨局异地票必须在车站售票窗口购买，管内异地票可以在车站售票窗口和代售点售票窗口购买。目前我局所有旅客列车车票均实行上网销售，实现了管内各客运业务办理站间互售车票，即在我局任何车站的售票窗口（含代售点）都可以买全局各站预售期期内任何一天的车票。</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">车站发售异地票时，按照铁道部有关规定要收取异地票手续费5元。代售点由于已收取了5元铁路客票销售服务费，不再另收取异地票手续费。</font></font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">铁路乘车证不办理异地签证或补价手续。</font></font></font><br>
