<font size="2"><font color="#ff0000"> 生命之泉水厂于2006年与秀山县人民医院建立供销合同关系，双方口头约定：“由生命之泉以7元/每桶的价位长期提供县人民医院纯净水，并且无偿提供饮水机。”该关系建立后双方一直按口头约定履行合同，在今年三月24号上午11点许时，甲去县人民医院内一科办公室找其负责人乙收取所欠14个月水费共计490元及饮水机。乙方拒绝支付拖欠水费并声称“饮水机早已不见了，我到那去给你找？”三言两语下两人发生争执，并乙对甲进行殴打致使面部和眼部严重受伤。随后甲向中和镇派出所报案，经调查后责令乙对甲进行医治。甲眼睛严重受伤而县人民医院只打了三天的点滴就停止发药，甲担心自己的眼睛，被迫再次向派出所要求转院。至现在，甲无钱看病一直卧床在家。</font></font><br>

<font size="2"><font color="#ff0000"><font size="2"><font color="#ff0000"> 其熬泽慧医生自持有强大背景而有恃无恐。在受害者要求见面协商治疗方案后一直拖延逃避，不予理睬。</font></font>作为医生应该的是治病救人，救死扶伤。而熬泽慧医生的行为与社会道德风俗和行为背道而驰。这种行为，这种态度，这样没有半点社会道德和法律意识的医生，这样的县医院，试问公道何在，天理何在。今后又还有谁敢去这样的医院治病开药呢？</font></font><br>
