style="font-size:16pt">秀山县青年志愿者协会是由志愿从事社会服务事业的秀山各界青年和社会公众组成的全县性、具有独立法人资格的非营利性社会组织。本协会通过组织和指导全县青年志愿服务活动，为社会提供志愿服务，推动社会主义精神文明建设，提高青年的整体素质，为经济社会的协调发展和全面进步做出贡献。</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="创艺简老宋"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000"><font face="Times New Roman">二、会员的组成</font></font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">秀山县青年志愿者协会由团体会员和个人会员组成。凡依法成立的各类志愿者组织和自愿参加志愿服务的中国公民，承认本协会章程并提出入会申请，经本协会理事会审查通过，即可成为本协会团体会员和个人会员，个人会员可担任协会理事、常务理事。</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="创艺简老宋"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000"><font face="Times New Roman">三、会员推报条件</font></font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="楷体_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">（一）个人会员推报条件：</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">1</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">、坚持正确的政治方向，具有强烈的社会责任感，具有一定的科学文化素养和从事志愿服务的技能水平。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">2</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">、遵守协会章程，热心协会工作，积极为协会事业的发展作出贡献。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">3</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">、遵守国家法律法规，践行志愿服务承诺，传播志愿服务理念，自觉抵制任何以志愿者身份从事的盈利活动或其他违背社会公德的活动和行为。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">4</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">、年满18周岁至40周岁的公民。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="楷体_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">（二）团体会员推报条件：</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">依法成立的全县各乡镇、系统、机关、企（事）业单位、学校的青年志愿者组织，以及工作性质相同、使用不同名称的协会（团体），承认本会章程并提出入会申请的。学校团委以团体会员的方式提出入会申请，教师可以申请个人会员。</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（一）各有关单位要按照会员推报条件做好推报工作。推报个人会员要立足本单位志愿者工作实际，着眼于凝聚热心、支持志愿服务事业的社会各界人士，选好推报对象。所推报的会员人选，要充分体现本单位的代表性和广泛性。</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（二）依照协会《章程》规定，各乡镇、系统
