<font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000">教育是一项重要的民生工程。当前，我县相对滞后的教育质量已不能满足广大人民群众对优质教育的需求，成为市民空前议论、社会广泛关注的热点问题。改变教育现状，加快教育发展已刻不容缓。按照县委创先争优活动的安排，结合教育系统实际，决定举行“创先争优----教育系统公开承诺誓师大会。</font></font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt"><font color="#000000"><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt">一、活动目的</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">向全县人民充分展示秀山教育系统形象，积极表达“加强队伍建设，提高教育质量”决心，公开承诺转变作风、爱岗敬业、完成目标任务等事项，进一步调动全社会关心、支持秀山教育的热情，推动秀山教育持续、快速、健康发展。</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt">二、活动时间</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">2010年10月24日（星期日）10：00――12：00。</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt">三、活动地点</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">花灯广场。</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt">四、活动组织</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（一）主办单位：县委、县政府。</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（二）协办单位：县委组织部、县委宣传部、县直机关工委。</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（三）承办单位：县委教育工委、县教委。</font></font></p><br>
<font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt">五、参加人员</font></font><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt"><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（一）县领导：县“四大家”主要领导，分管联系的领导。</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（二）县委各部委、县级各部门党组（党委）、各乡镇党委主要负责人；</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（三）教育系统参会人员：</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">1、东风路小学、凤翔小学、凤栖小学、第一民族小学、迎凤小学、中和镇中心校（辖区内所有教师）、聋哑学校、中心幼儿园、实验婴幼园、育才中学、新星中学、清溪场镇中心校、龙池镇中心校、官庄镇中心校、石耶镇中心校、平凯镇中心校在职教职工；</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">2、隶属于县教委直接管理的中学的在职教职工；</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">3、除上述列举的其他二级法人以上学校中层以上干部、其他乡镇中心校教师代表3-5名，所有村小负责人；</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">4、县教委机关及下属事业单位全体干部职工；</font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">6、学生代表；</font></font><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（四）部分人大代表、政协委员；</font></font><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（五）家长代表；</font></font><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（六）广大市民；</font></font><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:16pt">（七）媒体记者。</font></font><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt"></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="黑体"><font style="font-size:16pt">六、活动内容</font></font></p><br>
