一本书原定价12.8元！（而时代书屋14.8元,试问多出来的2元是回扣吗？，全校学生1000（估计人数）多人都在指定地点买・・・呵呵 每人2元！），<br>

根据反映的情况，县教委进行了认真调查，现答复如下：<br>
据查，2011年秋期，凤翔小学二年级共四个教学班，本期开学初，一部分学生（家长）先行购买了《教材点睛》、《学习乐园?随堂练》、《巴蜀1号?单元测试卷》等教辅资料，当做完习题向老师请教时，该年级教师看到购买此3种教辅资料的学生较为普遍，同时教辅资料与课本教材结合比较紧密、适用，就向其他未购买的学生进行了推荐，由学生（家长）根据实际需要自愿去购买教辅资料。此后，学生或家长陆续到新华书店、从文书社、时代书屋等地进行了购买，其中《教材点睛》（语文，二年级下册，定价：15.8元，实际购买价15.8元）、《学习乐园?随堂练》（语文，二年级下册，总定价：88.8元，单册实际购买价14.8元）、《巴蜀1号?单元测试卷》（数学，二年级下，定价：14.8元，实际购买价14.8元）等教辅资料。部分学生（家长）因持有相应书店的优惠卡，在实际购买时享受了一定的折扣价，如在从文书社持有优惠卡购买《学习乐园?随堂练》实际价格为13元。学校及教师均没有进行统一收费购买，也没有要求到指定的地点进行购买，购买时各书店也没有问学生（家长）是哪个学校哪个班级的，未发现给学校、教师回扣的问题，现二年级各班仍有部分学生没有购买此3种教辅资料。<br>
在此事中，学校及教师均没有强行要求学生到指定地点购买指定教辅资料，学生（家长）经教师推荐后根据需要自愿购买，未发现学校及教师在此事中有违规违纪行为，故县教委不对其做纪律处理。但要求学校加强教育监管，严格规范办学行为，有效维护教育形象，办人民满意教育。 <br>
