简单的说，就是以前我们很多货物因为运价、装卸能力等问题，企业选择到吉首、怀化、重庆发铁路出去，或者货物发到吉首、怀化、重庆然后汽运会来，现在不必要了，因为我们的价格都是一样的标准了。<br>
铁路集装箱及长大笨货场，说白了就是用内燃机车头将货物拖到一条没有电网的装卸铁道上，用大型装卸设备上下货物。渝怀线上各县火车站，只有秀山站装备有此功能，其他县火车站装卸货物只能搞人工或小型机械，钢材、集装箱等大型、笨重货物因为电网阻隔，无法使用大型设备，无法装卸。<br>
由此给我县带来的机遇：简单点就是，其他区县不能装卸的大型货物、集装箱、钢材等纷纷选择到秀山来进出货。结果是将深度影响我县物流产业发展，大型物流企业也会将我县作为武陵山区布点的首选。物流集散中心趋势出现。<br>

秀山火车站300万吨战略装卸点，渝怀铁路唯一的，“战略”二字，你们懂得。<br>
其实也很简单，我们现在的铁路装卸车道有两条（后续还会增加），每条长1200米，整列火车停靠装卸货物，其他区县火车站，货场铁路长度没有我们的长，货物到达后，把相应车厢卸掉，然后其他车厢再连接，出站。这就是“战略”的优势。装卸能力，不说你也清楚的:lol:lol:lol:lol<br>

之前我们秀山站执行的铁路运价，同样的物品，同样的运距，我们是没法和吉首、怀化相比的，我们要高出很多（部分货物甚至高出50%）。从事这个行业的朋友就应该晓得。现在我们取消“临管运价”后，我们的运价一样了，那我们为什么还要把货物运到其他地方去发货呢？！汽运比铁路运输价格贵很多，还不算二次装卸。直 |
