质疑公开遴选的条件 <br>
我是一中学的副校长 在网上看到第二次公开遴选的条件中有一条：<br>
（六）在职教师、医生参加遴选的，必须在现有工作岗位上工作满三年以上（不含2009年选派大学生）、且近三年年度考核获得过优秀等次，或受过县委、县政府、市级行政主管部门及以上的表彰且需教育、卫生行政主管部门同意；<br>
对此，我有话要说。据我粗浅的分析，在学校大概有十种人可能永远拿不到那个“优秀”，即使能也是凤毛麟角。等他们有了优秀，太阳也能从西边出来了。请看这十种教师，实际上他们是最累，最苦，最能战斗的，最讲奉献的，是一个学校真正的先锋队、主力军。教委亦应酌情给予考虑，给他们一次机会。优秀是否等于人才，在此不想多言 可没评上优秀的就是教书没敬业精神、对工作岗位不负责任的，甚至等同与没有能力的，没把书教好的，混日子的，却是一种歧视 偏见 侮辱。鄙人不敢苟同。要知道一个学校只有8%的人，拿到优秀的。这里的猫腻多了去。好了，请细看以下这十种教师，基本上三年没机会弄下优秀，大家看有木有你。<br>
1、生源差异 <br>
一开头就接了个差班的老师们pk别人接的是巴蜀班 双语班 民族班 实验班的&nbsp;&nbsp;你教三年，别人也教三年。反正前者死定了，你信不信，反正 我信了。<br>
2、学科差异 <br>
教音体美的老师们pk 教语文的老师 他们的年度考核分数是全校全体教师年度考核平均分或是70%――80%，在有的学校教音体美的老师年度考核分基本是霸底，教数理化的、外语的也很难拿下优秀，我们学校近几年基本没人 <br>
3、有“跨”差异 <br>
跨年级的老师 跨学科的老师们 跨年级又跨学科的老师们pk教一个学科的<br>
4、班数差异 <br>
教4到 5个或更多班的老师们pk教个把班的老师<br>
5、课时差异 <br>
一周12 14 16节课的老师们pk一周或4或5或6节课的老师<br>
6、学校规模差异 <br>
在人数2000到3000人的城区中学教书的老师们pk只有几十人的乡下中学 举个例子民中教书的老师们pk只有70到80人的宋农中学<br>
7、后勤前勤差异 <br>
&nbsp; &nbsp; 搞后勤的老师们（实验员、食堂管理员、宿管员、电水工、会计、出纳、兼职保安等等）pk搞教学的 后勤基本与优秀绝缘<br>
8、教龄差异 <br>
才教一两年书的老师们pk教几十年的老师<br>
9、年级差异 <br>
教毕业班的初、高中老师们pk教低段的老师<br>
10、官兵差异 <br>
长期教两三个杂学科的老师们pk只教一科的中层干部 说句实话哪个学校中层干部们不是才5、6节课嘛，地球人都知道的<br>
在此，我还想补一句，遇到像小学四年级语文出题的来放水 、改题的打神仙分 、教学生搞作弊的 那些一年到头累死了的老师们就只有哭的命了，今年又没拿到“优秀通行证”。在学校三年都是称职的比比皆是， 难道他们就该自生自灭吗?就该一辈子老老实实呆在乡下吗?就活该是称职吗？也许教委会说;活该 活该，谁叫他们不是中层，谁叫他们的老爸不是李刚、张刚、图x缸!<br>
