<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">为落实国家有关加快建设高速宽带网络促进提速降费的有关要求，今日，三大电信运营商正式推出“提速降费”方案。</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">宽带免费升至4M</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">据悉，中国电信(<font color="#00479d">微博</font>)将在全国范围内，针对有线宽带接入速率在4 Mbps以下的用户全部免费提速至4Mbps；对4Mbps以上老用户通过网龄、预存和融合等方式开展免费提速，其中光纤用户最高可免费提速至100Mbps。</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">对于百兆宽带包年费用下调30%以上，从3000元左右下调至2000元以内。对于299元/月及以上档的天翼手机套餐用户，在具备网络能力的条件下，还将获得免费使用百兆光纤宽带的优惠。</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">此外，中国电信还将开展“百城百兆大提速”活动，全面主推百兆宽带。预计2015年底，中国电信有线宽带平均接入速率将由目前的11 Mbps提升至20Mbps，单位带宽价格下降35%左右。</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">中国联通(<font color="#00479d">微博</font>)将加大力度全面推进宽带网络光纤化改造，到2015年底使北方10省城市家庭宽带接入能力基本达到20M，农村家庭基本达到4M，力争在2016年底基本实现全网的光纤化改造。</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">具体方面，中国联通将北京地区20M固定宽带资费从1780元/年降至1480元/年，50M资费从2680元/年降至1780元/年，100M资费从3280元/年降至1980元/年。</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">移动流量降至10元1GB</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">中国移动(<font color="#00479d">微博</font>)宣布将推出十二大提速降费新举措，包括八大举措降网费、四大工程提网速。预计到2015年底，流量综合资费同比将下降35%以上，网络能力和网络速率将大幅提升。</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">具体为：一是全面推广10元1GB夜间流量套餐。中国移动将于近期至7月陆续推出“夜间流量套餐”。客户每月仅花10元即可获得1GB夜间流量（夜间23：00至次日早7：00），套餐内流量资费低至0.01元/MB。二是全面推广10元1GB假日流量套餐，低至0.01元/MB。中国移动将于6月20日端午节期间推出假日流量套餐，10元包含1GB流量，套餐内流量低至0.01元/MB，客户可在元旦、春节、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节、国庆节等国家法定节假日期间使用，感受更加精彩的假日生活。三是全面推广4G流量卡，50元含2GB全国流量，降幅达50%。中国移动将于7月全新推出“4G流量卡”，50元含2GB流量，流量资费降幅达50%。</p><br>
<p style="line-height:nullpx;text-indent:2em;text-align:left">中国联通采取四项措施，降低全网移动用户数据流量综合单价20%以上。一是开展低至10元包1.5GB省内流量半年包促销活动，流量跨月不清零，半年有效；二是推出超值实惠定向流量。推出视频定向流量包，最优惠流量包价格每月18元6GB；三是推出流量银行平台，可实现流量的转赠、分享、兑换等功能；四是结合用户通信消费行为进行大数据深入分析，引导用户选择适合套餐，提高套餐匹配度，降低用户通信支出。</p><br>
