为两地摄协通过缔结友好协作单位，加强交流与合作，助于双方增进了解，在摄影创作、旅游等方面形成资源互补，利于相互学习，拓展广阔的摄影发展空间，共同提高摄影创作水平，在一定程度上，对双方提高社会影响力提供积极的作用。由丽水市摄影家协会主席庄育平、秀山县摄影家协会主席杨小林代表两地摄协签订友好合作协议并互换牌匾。<br>

为了增进渝东南各区县的摄影文化交流，提高广大摄影者尤其是少数民族地区摄影者的摄影水平，由重庆市摄影家协会牵头，黔江区、秀山、酉阳、彭水、石柱摄影家协会共同承办“渝东南少数民族地区摄影艺术展”，由秀山县承办的第一届“渝东南少数民族地区摄影艺术展”在这里正式签字启动。签字的领导有黔江区摄影家协会主席刘永锋、秀山县摄影家协会 |
