<font size="3">2018年5月10日，重庆市秀山县检察院公益诉讼网络举报平台正式开启。据悉，这是重庆市检察机关开通的首个公益诉讼网络举报平台。</font><br>
<font size="3">举报平台设置“新闻资讯”、“举报须知”、“投诉曝光”、“回复进展查询”等功能板块。</font><br>

<font size="3"><font color="#ff0000">“投诉曝光”</font>板块收集举报人基本信息和举报内容，方便举报人第一时间上传环境污染、河道污染等方面的现场图片，以“有图有真相”的方式完成对身边公益诉讼线索举报，检察机关确定专人负责举报内容登记、回复，并严格替举报者保密，初步解决公益诉讼线索不足和现场取证难的问题。经核实后，检察机关将跟进调查，依法办理。</font><br>
