秀山营运市场在运管所和公司的正确领导下，一直都在稳定而健康的发展。八月十八号上午，秀山公安局在政府广场门口也专项对出租车了解，宣传扫黑除恶的对象和重要性，并告知投诉电话。在有黑扫黑，无黑除恶的风口上，秀山出租车得到上级主管部门和公司的关心和支持下，为维护营运市场，保护自己的权利，对一切非法营运扰乱市场的黑车，每个出租车驾驶员都有权进行围堵打击并投诉。<br>
昨天中午十二点左右，很多非法营运的三轮车和四轮电瓶小车，在秀山火车站门口，明目张胆的喊客，拉客，就当出租车不存在似的。其中一辆红色的四轮电瓶车居然还和出租车抢客，在这种恶劣的情况下，出租车驾驶员不得不投诉通知运管所前来处理。<br>
运管所经过了解查证属实后，最后将这辆非法营运的小车拖走在作下一步处理，为营运市场办了件好事。<br>
通过这件事证明，运管所和公司都不是吃素的，在扫黑除恶风口上，凡属非法营运的黑车不要太嚣张了，这就是后果。<br>
