<font color="#3a3434"><font face="&amp;quot"><font style="font-size:15px">等到火烧好了，炒苞谷泡的师傅把爆米花机的盖子打开，苞谷倒进去，再放些糖精，盖子盖好后，然后把机子往架子上放平。旁边的空地上放着各式各样装苞谷的物件有大瓷碗，有筲箕筐，有小钢精锅，有淘米的撮箕……这些物件排成一溜儿，人不用排队，不时的朝前挪挪就行。</font></font></font><br>

<font color="#3a3434"><font face="&amp;quot"><font style="font-size:15px">爆米花的机子成年累月地烟熏火燎，上面一层厚厚的锅烟煤，看不出原先的颜色。两头搁在两个“丫”形的铁支架上，炉身下面放着个烧火的小火炉。炉口接着鼓风机，机器一开，火红的火苗就从燃烧的柴火里蹿出来，舔着转炉的大肚子，师傅手一转，里面的苞谷籽就在转炉里热得活蹦乱跳起来。</font></font></font><br>

<font color="#3a3434"><font face="&amp;quot"><font style="font-size:15px">等到爆米花桶上的的压力表升到一定的时候，师傅就会停止加热，把爆米花桶的口口挪到一个黑胶皮缝的袋袋后头，再连着一个布套和竹篓，然后就拿起一根黑漆漆的棒子，为的就是把爆米花桶上的撬杆儿撬开。</font></font></font><br>
