<p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font color="#000000">秀山车友会会员（以下称甲方）：</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font color="#000000">秀 山 车 友 会（以下称乙方）：</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">为了维护自驾车主和自驾组织者的合法权益，保障自驾活动的顺利进行，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》等有关法律、法规之规定，本着公平、自愿的原则，甲、乙双方就自驾车出行安全有关事宜达成协议如下：</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp; &nbsp;</font></font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"> </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font color="#000000">一、甲方的权利 </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">1.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方享有合同约定的代理服务；</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">2.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方有权要求乙方如实提供旅游行程表及报价单； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">3.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方必须选择和购买人身意外保险和其他保险； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">4.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方有权拒绝和选择由乙方人员推荐的旅游行程之外的各种形式的自费项目； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">5.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方有权对侵害权益的行为提出批评、建议。或向有关部门投诉举报。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font color="#000000">二、甲方义务</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">1.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方所提供的有关车辆和个人信息的证件及相关材料必须真实有效，保障车辆有国家规定的车辆险种，否则责任自负； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">2.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方应确保自身身体适合本次自驾车活动,并有义务在签订本协议前将自身健康状况告知乙方，否则乙方视为甲方完全能够承受此次活动所带来的劳累，所产生后果由甲方自负； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">3.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">乙方所提供的保险默认受益人为甲方法定继承人。若甲方有异意应书面告知； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">4.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方应确保在活动报名截止日期前报名； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">5.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方有义务按照规定时间集合，出游、用餐，服从乙方管理人员指挥； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">6.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方应确保驾驶员及驾驶技术遵守并符合《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的相关规定；确保其所驾驶车辆车况及相关资质证件符合交通、车管、运管等部门的有关规定，若因违反相关规定及法规而引起的责任概由甲方负责； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">7.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方应服从乙方的调度指挥，做到不超速行驶，不擅自脱队。出现异常情况主动向乙方领队及时报告，否则由此所产生一切后果由甲方自负； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">8.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方有义务看管好自己的随身、随车携带的证件以及贵重物品，如有损坏或遗失或伤亡事件发生，车友会协助调解，不承担任何相关责任； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">9.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">甲方有对其携带的未成年人负有全程监护责任，如因监护不当所产生一切后果由甲方承担； </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font color="#000000"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">10.</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">会员有义务注重环保生态，请自带垃圾袋将垃圾收集好放到垃圾存放点；</font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"> </font></font></font></p><p style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></font></font><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt">会员有义务注意护林防火，严禁携带火种上山，进山前请自觉销毁。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="仿宋_GB2312"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font color="#000000">三、乙方权利 </font></font></font></p><p
