ZZR1200购买及使用合同<br>
甲方：11111 乙方：11111的女朋友<br>
<br>
为了满足甲方购买ZZR1200，而又不会再伤害到大家的利益前提下，甲乙双方共同商定（其实是她一人决定）拟草购买使用合同一份。保证双方的权利以及义务。<br>
<br>
1 甲方购买ZZR1200的资金必须是甲方劳动所得。<br>
<br>
2 甲方购买ZZR1200后不能忽略工作以及乙方。<br>
<br>
3 甲方应为ZZR1200的安全负责，如果发生丢失或者被JC没收，乙方无任何责任。<br>
<br>
4 每周乙方支付甲方50元油费，可按一月4周一次性支付200，如有用超出，甲方自行解决。<br>
<br>
5 甲方在喝啤酒大于或等于一瓶，不得碰车。<br>
<br>
6 甲方在喝白酒大于或等于二两，不得碰车。<br>
<br>
7 甲方在喝红酒（洋酒）大于或等于十安士，不得碰车。<br>
<br>
8 甲方在心情极度郁闷时，不得碰车。<br>
<br>
9 甲方在和乙方吵架后，不得碰车。<br>
<br>
10 甲方在市区内行驶ZZR1200，不能使用4、5、6档。<br>
<br>
11 甲方在市区内行驶ZZR1200，速度不能过百。<br>
<br>
12 在条件10和11的约束下，甲方过弯速度小于或等于街道宽度（米）乘以弯道（度）再除以10。如有路上有车速度减少20%。说明：街道宽度为整体街道宽度的一半，因为另一半是属于相对行驶车辆。如果构成弯道的两条路的宽度不一样，以最小的街道为计算标准。假设，90度的弯，10米的总街道宽度，属于自己行驶的有5米，那过弯速度应该是45KM，如果道上有车来往，速度应该是36KM。120度的弯，20米的街道总宽度，再没有车的情况下，速度应该为不超过120KM。<br>
<br>
13 甲方骑车不可高调，在国产125傍边经过不能嘲笑，在进口保时捷旁边经过不能追赶，在人群众多档住道路只能以喇叭提醒从人让开，不可以3千转以上的油门提醒。<br>
<br>
14 甲方骑车时，在有人，有车，道路10米以下或者有弯道情况下，绝对不可抬头。抬头不可超过45度，抬头时间不可超过5秒。<br>
<br>
15 甲方如果想体验200KM以上的速度，必须是5KM以上，街道总宽度20米以上的直道。<br>
<br>
16 甲方骑车必须佩带头盔手套等护具。<br>
<br>
17 甲方做到以上条款后，乙方不得以任何理由干涉甲方的行车自由。<br>
<br>
18 乙方今后不可以上次摔车为理由和甲方吵架。<br>
<br>
19 乙方应保持良好的心态陪甲方每次做好车的护理。<br>
<br>
20 乙方想起任何条款可以待合同签定后加入，甲方不得做任何修改。<br>
<br>
<br>

以上条款，如果做不到，ZZR1200不可购买，如果买后甲方有违反，违反1条扣车一周，并处罚免1周的油费。违反超过5条，扣车一年。如果违反以上条款并造成情节严重等后果的，乙方可在摩托吧以1万的底价拍卖ZZR1200，时间以论坛时间为准24小时内，价高者得。拍得款项由乙方所有支配，甲方不得以任何理由干涉。乙方如有违反，违反一条，给甲方补充2升油费。<br>
