确定了具体的方案，师傅们就大张旗鼓的开始施工了，因为在案例中我们要给这套音响提供最好的发挥作用，做全车隔音就需要把全车上很多部位的塑料件和座椅都拆卸下来。<br>
我们大家都应该能想到五菱工厂并不会给我们的荣光用到有多么好的隔音材料或者说是很完整的内部钣金工程，所以防水塑料膜和预留开的几个空洞是必须存在的。<br>

拆的比较彻底的车内空间，在后备箱部位还是适当的用装甲材料铺了一层，虽然对于隔音效果微乎其微，但是也是聊胜于无了，至少这一块的铁皮都是要更坚韧一点点。<br>

门板的隔音是一定要做的，门板隔音分两层我们都知道，里面那层隔音主要是降低喇叭音响发声时造成的谐振驻波。做内层隔音的时候要先把隔音材料裁剪成小块把里面钢板贴满，然后用隔音滚轮压牢。<br>

外面一层隔音是一整张荣茂隔音材料，这一层的隔音把门板上的空洞和间隙都封起来，让内部形成一个箱体，这样喇叭发出的效果就会好很多了。<br>

整个底盘也都给厚厚的铺满了荣茂减震材料，浑然一体的减震材料加上若隐若现的一排荣茂隔音的proof-more的LOGO看起来就像是在给荣光打造艺术品。<br>

后面轮胎轮弧位置的隔音也贴的满满的，最大限度的降低了轮胎产生的胎噪声音，轮弧旁边的那一侧铁皮上也贴满了隔音材料，形成了一个整体。<br>

面包车都是后备箱和前面底盘畅通无阻的，前面底盘的隔音如果做的好，能降低路噪，就是底盘上沙石击打的声音和过减速带那种喀拉的声音都能很明显的降低。做完隔音前后的对比有很大的区别。<br>
