<font style="font-size:16pt">四、征稿范围：</font> <br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">1</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、诗词类：</font><font style="font-size:16pt">传统诗词限3首，应合辙押韵，遵循格律规则。新诗30行以内。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">2</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、书法类：</font><font style="font-size:16pt">软笔书法、硬笔书法、篆刻作品。</font> <br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">3</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、美术类：</font><font style="font-size:16pt">中国画、水彩画、油画等。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">4</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、摄影作品。</font> <br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">5</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、</font><font style="font-size:16pt">2000</font><font style="font-size:16pt">字内的精短散文、随笔等作品。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">五、作品尺幅及要求：</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">1</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、参赛作品</font><font style="font-size:16.0pt">主要以反映我县卫生计生相关内容为主。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">2</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、书法、美术作品尺寸不超过四尺整张。内容健康向上，提倡精品意识，谢绝应酬之作。篆书、草书及篆刻请附释文。作品无需装裱（油画除外）。</font> <br>
3、摄影作品格式为JPEG，500万像素以上；只可作亮度、对比度、色彩饱和的适当调整，允许接片，不能添加、删减原始影像。<br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">4</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、来稿请写明姓名、年龄、单位及地址、邮编、电话，书画摄影艺术作品请附纸注明。每人限寄书美影中一种作品，多寄无效。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">六、征稿时间：</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">2015</font><font style="font-size:16pt">年2月26日起至 2015年4月16日截稿，以当地邮戳和收稿登记为准。</font> <br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">七、评审及奖励：</font> <br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">1</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、本次邀请赛不收取参赛费、评审费。由资深专家组成评委会，本着“艺术第一”的宗旨对所有来稿进行评选。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">2</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、大赛设一、二、三等奖及优秀奖等，分组按作品质量和百分比确定各项奖级，颁发获奖证书。一等奖：1000元；二等奖：800元；三等奖600元；优秀奖：100元；特邀奖：600元。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">3</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、入选作品将在2015年5月展出并举行颁奖大会颁发奖品及证书。</font> <br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">八、温馨提示：</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">1</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、所有参赛作品将分A、B两类进行评奖，请投稿时注明A类或B类。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">2</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、参赛作品概不退稿，作品的所有权、出版权等归属大赛组委会。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16pt">3</font><font style="font-size:16pt">、</font><font style="font-size:16.0pt">凡投稿者提供的作品，涉及侵权行为或者其它违规因素，由作者本人承担。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:16.0pt">4</font><font style="font-size:16.0pt">、</font><font style="font-size:16pt">凡投稿者均视为承认并遵守征稿通知的各项约定。</font><br>
