<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">金银花是我国中医的一种重要药材，药用历史悠久，早在三千多年前我们的祖先就开始用金银花防治疾病，金银花有</font></font><font color="#000000"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">清热解毒、疏散风热、凉血止痢</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">的作用，</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">为治疗外感风热、温病初期、痈疮疖肿之要药</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">，还有抗肿瘤和防癌变等功效，据统计，中医</font></font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt">1/3</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">的方剂中要用到金银花，同时，古人还发现，金银花有保健的作用，李时珍指出：用它煮汁酿酒，服之，有</font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt">"</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">轻身长年益寿</font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt">"</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">之效。现代科学研究表明，金银花中除含有绿原酸和异绿原酸外，还含有丰富的黄酮、氨基酸和可溶性糖，还可广泛应用于饮料和保健食品。</font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt"></font></font><br>
<font color="#000000"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">秀山是重庆市金银花的主要产地，有种植金银花的传统，其种植面积和产量都居首位。秀山地处武陵山区腹地，药用资源丰富，仅忍冬植物就有十多种，据专家鉴定，可入药的金银花就有小银花、短柄忍冬、细毡毛忍冬、菰腺忍冬、灰毡毛忍冬等，当地农户很早就有引种野生金银花栽植的习惯，上世纪</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">70</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">年代，地方政府大力扶持人工栽植灰毡毛忍冬，由于经济效益高于农作物，农户种植积极性高，面积逐年扩大，到八十年代末已成为秀山最主要的药用栽培植物。但在长期的种植中，人们发现灰毡毛忍冬的植株性状变异较大，在花期长短、现花时间、花簇稀密、抗性等方面出现较大差异，品种退化、劣化现象明显，产品质量差异大，极不符合中药现代发展要求，成为制约着秀山金银花产业发展的一道瓶颈。</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"></font></font><br>
<font color="#000000"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">1999</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">年，秀山县隘口镇农民张胜海又一次开始了寻找野生和家种金银花优株的工作。一天，在山上，一株有些特别的野灰毡毛忍冬吸引了他们，它的花蕾特别多，而且别的都已经开花了，而这株却还全都是花蕾，经过一段时间观察，发现它的花蕾期长，可保持十多二十天不开，他将其移栽，与其它优株共同种植，进行观察、初步筛选，</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">2000</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">年该株摘得鲜花</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">8</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">公斤，远高于其它优株，他决定用该株作育繁母本，进行枝条扦插繁殖，未获得成功，</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">2001</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">年，用本地家种灰毡毛忍冬作砧木进行嫁接，终于嫁接成活。</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">2002</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">年与重庆市中药研究院合作开展新品系培育研究工作，将新品系暂命名为</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">“渝蕾一号”</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">，并栽植少量品种进行对比，确认其不同于引进和现有当地品种。</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">2003</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">年</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">8</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">月在清溪场镇党委政府的帮助下，成立了“秀山盛达农业开发有限公司”</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">，并在清溪场镇南龙村建立了</font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt">200</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">余亩</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">“渝蕾一号”</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">生产示范基地。</font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt">2004</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">年将“渝蕾</font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt">1</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">号”药材分别送重庆药品检验所、中国药科大学检验，绿原酸的含量在</font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt">5.1</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">6～7.37%之间,符合《中国药典》金银花药材质量要求（《中国药典》绿原酸含量1.5%）。2006年对清溪示范基地的“渝蕾一号”和家种灰毡毛进行正式测产。2006、2007、2008年将“渝蕾一号”和家种灰毡毛忍冬在武隆、丰都、秀山不同海拔进行种植，连续进行了三年的花期测产、取样测定药效成分含量，结果表明，</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">绿原酸含量</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">7.1</font></font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">％，木樨草苷含量达</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt"><font face="Times New Roman">0.41%</font></font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">，</font></font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">且各点栽培表现性状稳定一致；各项药效成分均达国家要求；产量高，三年进入盛产期后，亩产鲜花达400公斤以上，丰产示范块鲜花产量甚至超过1000公斤，较传统种植灰毡毛忍冬增产30～80%，抗逆性和适应性均较传统家种灰毡毛强。“渝蕾一号”于2008年6月通过了重庆市林木种苗管理站专家组的测评，2009年2月正式发布良种品种审定公告，确认“渝蕾一号”为新的优良金银花品种（审定号</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">渝</font></font><font face="Arial"><font style="font-size:14pt">S-SV-LM-005-2008</font></font><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">），这是重庆市审定通过的首个药用植物新品种。</font></font><br>
<font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:14pt">目前，通过几年的示范推广，“渝蕾一号”在秀山栽植面积已达 3万亩，种植户在3000户以上，并远销武隆、丰都、万州、恩施、铜仁、松桃、花垣、成都等地。种植户普遍认为：“渝蕾一号”高产高抗，一个显著的特点，就是花期20～30天，基本上不开花，整个花期基本上就是花蕾，相比于传统家种灰毡毛的7～10天花蕾期大大延长，便于采摘用工安排和加工时间安排。“渝蕾一号”的成功培育，使秀山金银花种植由传统的以家庭式小而散、杂向规模化、集约化经营变得可能，也为秀山金银花产业快速发展增添了强劲的动力，并为中国金银花产业提供了新的品种选择。</font></font><font style="font-size:14pt"></font></td></tr></tbody></table>
