<font size="4">方法1：取关元、神阙、足三里穴</font><br>
<font size="4">　　<font style="color:rgb(227, 108, 9)">采用艾卷温和灸法</font>，将艾条的一端点燃，对准穴位，在距离皮肤约2-3厘米处施灸，以患者局部有温热感而无灼痛感为宜，每穴每次灸10-15分钟，灸至皮肤潮红为度。每日1次。</font><br>

<font size="4">方法2：取足三里穴</font><br>

<font size="4">　　<font style="color:rgb(227, 108, 9)">采用艾炷瘢痕灸法，</font>将约0.7厘米高的艾炷直接施在穴位上，点燃施灸，如果感觉到疼痛，可用手轻轻拍打穴位旁边。每穴灸7-9壮，灸完后，用小膏药贴在施灸部位，直到灸疮愈合为止。</font><br>
